I’m a phd student and I come from Zhejiang province. My MBTI test result is ENFP. I received my bachelor's degree from the College of Life Science of Jilin University and my master's degree from the Medical School of Southern University of Science and Technology. During my master's degree, I developed and patented a CRISPRi high-throughput screening method for RNA splicing diseases using CRISPRi gene interference technology. I have a strong interest in high-throughput screening in neurons, especially in the use of CRISPR-based large-scale screening technology to systematically study the mechanisms related to synaptic local translation, ribosome activity and other translation groups at synapses, etc.. I usually have a wide range of hobbies, like to play switch games or mobile games; Like to watch some reasoning variety shows; I also adopted a super cute Muppet cat named Bonnie to accompany me through my PhD.
